《食品科学技术学报》(原《北京轻工业学院学报》(CN 11-1693/TS,ISSN 1001-7429,1983年~2001年)、《北京工商大学学报(自然科学版)》(CN 11-4644/N,ISSN 1671-1513,2001年~2012年))1983年创刊,双月刊,CN 10-1151/TS,ISSN 2095-6002,国内外公开发行,是由北京市教委主管,北京工商大学主办,中国工程院院士孙宝国教授任主编的公益性学术期刊。 《食品科学技术学报》立足轻工食品行业,以“全方位展现专家学术风采,深层次聚焦行业最新动态,多角度搭建专业交流平台,高标准打造业界精品期刊”为办刊宗旨,入编中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)、中文核心期刊、中国科技核心期刊、中国农业核心期刊、中国学术期刊文摘、RCCSE中国核心学术期刊、中国学术期刊(光盘版),并被中国期刊网和万方数据资源系统等多家数据库、文摘杂志列为固定刊源。被美国《工程索引》(Ei)、美国《化学文摘》(CA)、荷兰《文摘与引文数据库》(Scopus)、俄国《文摘杂志》(AJ)、英国《食品科技文摘》(FSTA)、日本《科学技术振兴机构》数据库(JST)、英国《科学文摘》(INSPEC)、美国《乌利希期刊指南(网络版)》(Ulrichsweb)收录。 《食品科学技术学报》的栏目有本刊特稿、专家论坛、专题研究、基础研究、应用技术、安全监管。主要刊发食品科技及相关领域的基础研究和应用技术等方面的最新科研成果,包括探索新理论、新方法、新技术的研究论文,以及反映食品学科前沿发展动态的高质量综述文章。
