Aims & Scope
The Journal of Narrative and Language Studies (NALANS, ISSN: 2148-4066) is an international, double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarship in narrative studies, literature, linguistics, and language education. The journal provides a platform for innovative, diverse, and interdisciplinary research and welcomes submissions from scholars worldwide. NALANS publishes high-quality original research written in English. The journal particularly welcomes studies that focus on narrative and language from theoretical, conceptual, methodological, empirical, critical, and interdisciplinary perspectives. Scope of Submissions NALANS considers manuscripts that: develop theoretical, conceptual, or methodological frameworks in narrative studies, literature, linguistics, and language education; present empirical research that advances understanding in these fields; examine issues of current and emerging significance through critical, analytical, or interdisciplinary approaches; explore innovative educational policies, programs, practices, and evaluative strategies; contribute to the study of language, literature, narrative, culture, translation, and pedagogy.
