Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization is an interdisciplinary journal publishing new measurement results, novel methods, and procedures in food property measurement and characterization. Presents the latest research in property measurement and characterization of food and food materials. Covers development, novel use or evaluation of measurement or sensing principles, methods, techniques, procedures, and instruments.
