Aims & Scope
The Journal of Management and Research (JMR) is a Y-Category journal and a prime outlet of the Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, Pakistan to disseminate scientific knowledge about the emerging trends, challenges, and solutions of management in organizations. JMR’s editorial, advisory, and reviewer boards consist of accomplished researchers and subject matter experts from prominent institutions across the globe, supporting the peer review process and quality of the journal. JMR is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open access, and biannual journal that aims to publish theoretical and empirical research concerning the contemporary management issues in organizations – both for-profit and not-for-profit. Authors are encouraged to produce original, insightful, and theoretically and methodologically well-grounded research that contributes to management theory and practices through a significant understanding of contemporary issues and their solutions. JMR broadly publishes in the areas of strategy and policy, performance management, human resource management, organizational behaviour, entrepreneurship, organization development, and organization theory. Diversified and expert editorial and review boards ensure constructive and development feedback on submissions and facilitate the authors throughout the manuscript development process. Journal of Management and Research (JMR) is the flagship pragmatic journal in management, which aims to present the latest thinking and research on all major and minor management areas in an indispensable way for readers. The Journal welcomes a broad view of business and management while encouraging new ideas and advanced perspectives on existing research and promising a deep-exploration approach for the future possible research areas.
