Create a scientific and research database on arid regions of Iran. The Journal of Geographical Studies on Arid Regions aspires to become a leading academic platform in the field of analysis, policy-making, and future-oriented research related to arid and semi-arid zones in Iran and beyond. It aims to provide an integrated, interdisciplinary, and policy-relevant forum for the exchange of innovative ideas, empirical findings, and theoretical advancements in understanding the complex dynamics of dryland geographies.
