Aims & Scope
sui generis publishes legal scholarship articles according to the principle of Open Access, meaning all contributions are accessible worldwide without access restrictions and copyright remains with the authors. It is the only legal journal in Switzerland with Double-Blind Peer Review. This means that the reviewers do not know the names of the authors at the time of the review, and vice versa.
