Aims & Scope

ex/ante offers young legal scholars a platform to publish their ideas and research findings. We want to supply both academia and practice with fresh thoughts on current problems: Young ideas should help to grasp and solve new or little-noticed legal aspects of current topics. We offer young legal scholars the opportunity to gain initial publication experience according to high-quality scientific standards. ex/ante is not limited to a specific legal area but covers the entire spectrum of legal science and is also open to interdisciplinary contributions. In addition to topic-specific treatises as the focus of the respective issues, topic-independent contributions as well as dissertation summaries can always be submitted. Furthermore, ex/ante publishes multilingually: Articles are published in German, French, and English.
