Aims & Scope

Informatio is a journal published in two annual issues under continuous publication from 2024, as a journal of the Institute of Information of the Faculty of Information and Communication of the University of the Republic. It is intended to publish original and unpublished articles, research results, theoretical studies, literature reviews, and academic topics of disciplinary interest, which contribute to the development of Information Science, Librarianship, Archival Science, and related areas, particularly Communication. Contributions from national and foreign specialists will be admitted, provided they represent a relevant contribution to the state of the art in the disciplines object of the journal.
