Aims & Scope

Rebeca – Revista Brasileira de Estudos de Cinema e Audiovisual is a scientific publication of Open Access (Open Access), edited by the Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos de Cinema e Audiovisual (Socine). The journal adopts the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license and does not charge submission or article processing fees (APCs). The journal accepts continuous submissions of original and unpublished contributions, intended for the following sections: free topic articles, thematic dossier articles, translations into Portuguese of texts originally published in a foreign language, interviews, reviews, critiques, textual and visual essays, and other formats of intellectual and creative production related to the field of cinema and audiovisual.
