Aims & Scope

The journal of Civil Law Knowledge publishes the latest scientific theories in the realm of law to improve the status of knowledge in the country and to familiarize scientific society with up-to-date papers reviewed by expert referees. It also provides conditions needed for scholars’ scientific improvement and gives practical guideline for legislators. It tries to introduce achievements of different legal systems and those of Iran legal system, alongside with jurists’ ideas, and to provide frameworks for legislators, policy makers, lawyers, and graduates of law.
