LUMAT

Aims & Scope
LUMAT publishes special issues on math, science and technology education. Submitted manuscripts can be original research articles, reviews or perspective papers. Research papers are peer-reviewed articles that report new research data. Decision on the publication will be made according to the recommendations of experts from the particular academic field. When advised, the editorial board may request revisions on the manuscript before publication. For more information on the criteria of research papers and review process in general, please see Review process and guidelines. Perspective and Review papers are peer-reviewed, citable articles on topics related to research and practice in math, science and technology education. Perspective papers do not normally report new data, but present a well-argued opinion, hypothesis or conjecture on topics judged by the referees and editor to be of interest to the readership. Extensive review papers are also considered to this category. LUMAT publishes special issues from current topics edited by the top researchers from various fields. Our reviewers are respected specialists from the LUMAT research field. In addition, we offer a periodical General Issue for Nordic and Baltic research or research conducted in collaboration with Nordic or Baltic scholars.
