Aims & Scope
RAE-IC. Revista de la Asociación Española de Investigación de la Comunicación is a journal driven by the AE-IC and published by the Novos Medios Research Group of the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). RAE-IC has editorial autonomy, as a research platform and as a vehicle of information, and is offered as a tool to support research and, at the same time, as a platform for promoting other publications in our field. The journal covers communication and culture topics that form the thematic lines of the Association and are related in the descriptors of its different thematic sections: Strategic and organizational communication, Communication and digital culture, Communication structure and policies, Content production and circulation, Audience and reception studies, Discourse studies, Communication research theories and methods, Journalism and New Media, History of Social Communication, Advertising Communication and Gender and Communication. All articles published by the journal are original and unpublished scientific works in the field of communication. Submitted works cannot be under evaluation by any other publication. Submission of manuscripts implies recognition of their originality by the signatories. It is published solely in digital format, open access and free.
