The Bulletin of University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca. Food Science and Technology is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research in all areas of food science and technology. The journal aims to be a vibrant and inclusive scientific forum that advances the field of food science and technology. It is open to contributions from national and international research communities, encouraging collaboration across disciplines and the integration of diverse scientific perspectives. The journal welcomes Original Research Articles, in-depth Review Articles, and Short Communications, supporting the voices of both emerging researchers and leading experts.  Special emphasis is placed on research that deepens scientific understanding and offers practical applications, technological innovation, and solutions to real-world challenges in the food sector. The journal aims to bridge the gap between fundamental research and applied science by fostering rigorous scientific dialogue and contributing to sustainable, safe, and efficient global development. Original Research Articles: These submissions are expected to present new findings, methodologies, and theoretical advancements that significantly contribute to the knowledge of food science and technology.  Review Articles: Authors are invited to provide a comprehensive analysis of current knowledge, emerging trends, and future directions within specific subfields. Such reviews are essential for synthesizing and critically evaluating the vast landscape of scientific research.  Short Communications: Recognizing the importance of rapidly and concisely disseminating preliminary findings or innovative methods, the journal solicits short communications. These pieces are particularly encouraged by young researchers and professionals at the forefront of their specialized areas.
