Aims & Scope

The purpose of the journal is to cover current issues of agrarian history, various aspects of the history of the peasantry, including historiography, methodology, source studies, as well as the historical development of the peasantry at the main stages of history. The mission of the journal is to publish original articles and reviews on agrarian history, increase the level of scientific research and create a platform for intellectual discussions on complex, problematic issues, the development of international cooperation. For a wide range of specialists in Humanities, teachers, post-graduate students, students and everyone, who is interested in agrarian history. The collection of scientific works “Ukrainian Peasant” is a scientific journal and does not publish information of an advertising nature.
