Aims & Scope
International Journal on Lifelong Education and Leadership (IJLEL Journal) is an international, non-profit, free, open-access online journal that conducts editorial and double-blind peer review processes. IJLEL accepts articles related to education, lifelong learning, adult education, and leadership. The journal is published online twice a year (January-June / July-December). IJLEL publishes research using various qualitative and/or quantitative methods and approaches in all areas of education and related fields. IJLEL welcomes articles from different institutions and countries. The publication language is English. The journal was founded in 2015. The journal publishes high-quality articles in the fields of educational policy and practice, and research connecting these two. The journal appeals to academics, researchers, and individuals interested in disseminating research findings to policymakers and practitioners. The journal is a valuable resource for teachers, counselors, inspectors, administrators, policymakers, curriculum planners, and educational researchers who consider the structure of tomorrow's education system. IJLEL Journal publishes research using various qualitative and/or quantitative methods and approaches in all areas of education. The aim of the journal is to increase the understanding of learning and teaching in preschool, primary, secondary, higher education, and adult education in the field of education and to contribute to the improvement of educational processes and outcomes.
