Aims & Scope

Southeastern European Medical Journal (SEEMEDJ) is a diamond open access regional, peer reviewed, scientific and professional journal published by the University of Osijek Faculty of Medicine. It is published semi-annually. Southeastern European Medical Journal (SEEMEDJ) provides immediate open access to its content under the diamond open access model , meaning that all articles are freely available to readers without subscription or payment, and no article processing charges (APCs) are required from authors. The journal supports the principle that making research freely available to the public fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge and promotes scientific advancement. The articles are available on our web page as well as in HRCAK and DOAJ. Guidelines for authors is in accordance with the text: International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). Uniform Requirements for Manuscript (URM) Submitted to Biomedical Journals. The journal adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards, including the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
