Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Jambi · Indonesia · Est. 2016
Aims & Scope
EduFisika: Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika aims to promote the advancement of knowledge in both applied physics as well as innovative practices in physics education. This journal serves as a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to disseminate scientific findings and educational insights that contribute to the development of the physics discipline and the improvement of teaching and learning in physics. Physics Education. The journal provides a forum where the latest advances in research into the teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment and evaluation, integration of technology and digital tools, Ethnoscience and local wisdom-based physics learning, and STEM/STEAM education with a focus on physics. Classical Mechanics. The study of the motion of bodies under the influence of forces, including the concepts of force, mass, and energy in systems ranging from particles to rigid bodies. Electromagnetism. Research related to electric fields, magnetic fields, and their interactions with matter, including studies on circuits, electromotive force, and electromagnetic waves. Thermodynamics. Investigations into heat, temperature, energy transfer, and the laws governing thermal processes in physical systems. Quantum Physics. The study of phenomena at atomic and subatomic scales, including quantum mechanics, wave-particle duality, and quantum field theories. Optics. Research on the behavior, propagation, and manipulation of light, including reflection, refraction, diffraction, and modern photonics. Acoustics. Study of sound, its production, transmission, and effects, including applications in technology and the environment. Material Physics. Investigations into the physical properties of materials, including solids, liquids, and nanomaterials, with implications for engineering and technology. Nuclear and Particle Physics. The study of atomic nuclei and fundamental particles, their interactions, decay processes, and applications in energy and medicine. Physics Education. The journal provides a forum where the latest advances in research into the teaching, learning, curriculum, and assessment of physics can contribute to educational policy and classroom practices.
