Aims & Scope

International Journal of Nutrition Sciences(IJNS/ Int J Nutr Sci) is an official quarterly publication.IJNSpublishes nutrition research that addresses community nutrition, clinical nutrition, cellular and molecular nutrition, food science and technology in an online-only format, after peer review processing. Also, IJNS covers topicsin vivoandin vitroregarding diet, nutrients and nutritional milieu. Submitted manuscripts must comply with IJNS's Instructions for Authors. Manuscripts outside of the scope of IJNS are returned without the delay of a full review, generally within a week of submission. Manuscript style and formatting are described in the "Instructions for Authors" at home page of the journal "ijns.sums.ac.ir". A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
