Aims & Scope
Trayectorias Humanas Trascontinentales (TraHs) is an electronic journal of the International Network Latin America, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean (ALEC) “Territories, Vulnerable Populations and Public Policies” whose headquarters are at the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences of the University of Limoges (France). The journal calls for researchers, academics, educators at various levels, and professionals in formal, non-formal, and informal educational fields to participate in issues dedicated to the critical analysis of contemporary educational processes and their existing problems in contexts of accelerated transformation. The journal also seeks to reflect from different perspectives and interdisciplinary approaches on the human right to water and sanitation, its status on the global agenda, the environmental problems associated with water, and its symbolic-cultural dimension in different human societies. It aims to contribute to the production of knowledge and case studies on the gaps and challenges in achieving Sustainable Development Goal No. 6: “ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all,” and to exchange ideas and proposals within the framework of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development 2018-2028.” The journal also publishes articles evaluating the current paradigm of Artificial Intelligence and proposing an ethical approach to education, outlining guidelines based on principles of ethical practice such as beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, justice, and explicability, considering AI as a social technology for educational purposes.
