Aims & Scope

Journal of Foreign Language Research has devoted itself to the publication of research studies conducted by applied linguists in the fields of language teaching, testing, and learning, as well as translation. By providing a dynamic forum for the communication of original ideas, innovative methods, and novel theoretical and/or practical research findings in the foregoing fields, JFLR is resolved to serve a crucial role in the mobilisation of the academic society and the broadening of its readers’ knowledge about the above-mentioned disciplines. All manuscripts submitted via our online submission system undergo a double-blind peer review process. Journal of Foreign Language Research welcomes manuscripts that come under the critical scrutiny of scholars for the first time, putting into practice quantitative and qualitative data acquired through compound data collection methods.
