Aims & Scope
An objective of the Journal of Leadership in Organizations (JLO) is to promote the wide dissemination of the results of systematic scholarly inquiries into the broad field of leadership research.The JLO is intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of research on the issues of leadership in varied organizations. In addition, the JLO invites the studies of the relationship of leaders and followers, traits of leadership, organizational performance in varied environments.
