Aims & Scope

The journal's objective scope is intentionally generic, aiming to serve as a channel for legal and criminological reflection as a whole, escaping the restrictions of research dedicated to each of the very diverse specific areas in which these sciences unfold. It seeks to offer a channel for scientific enrichment in any of the disciplines related to both fields, promoting a meeting point and interrelation between diverse research. The scientific and academic scope in which the journal is framed does not neglect the practical aspects of the disciplines it addresses, targeting both researchers and professionals in Law and Criminology. The aim of promoting scientific dissemination has no other goal than to stimulate reflection and analysis of the most current legal and criminological conflicts, facilitating the practical work of professionals who carry out various tasks within both fields.
