Aims & Scope
SocioEdu: Sociological Education, published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Kupang, as a forum for fostering creativity and exchange of ideas among academics, lecturers, researchers, practitioners and observers of educational issues. This journal addresses the primary issues in teaching sociology, multicultural education, sociology of education, and other relevant areas of sociology, encompassing theoretical development, the implementation and development of the education system, and social and cultural aspects, as per the ISSN Online: 2746-3567. The publication frequency is three times a year, in March, July, and November. SocioEdu: Sociological Education publishes the following types of manuscripts: Original research articles: The manuscripts should be approximately 5000-8000 words. The manuscripts must contain a review of the current state of knowledge on the research question(s) of interest, then share new information or new ideas that will impact the state of theory and/or practice in the area of teaching sociology, multicultural education, sociology of education, and other relevant areas of sociology. Review article : The manuscripts should be approximately 2000-5000 words. The manuscripts must contain the current state of understanding on a particular topic about teaching sociology, multicultural education, sociology of education, and other relevant areas of sociology by analysing and discussing research previously published by others.
