Aims & Scope
This journal accepts research articles structured as full articles, short articles, and short scientific reports, as well as review articles prepared in all aspects of cereal, pseudocereal, and grass family plant research, including: structure and physical and chemical properties of the grain; physiology and nutrition; tissue and cell culture, genetic engineering; molecular markers, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics; genetics; biometry; biotic and abiotic stresses; food industries, processing and storage; agriculture and ecology; forage and animal nutrition; botany. The journal 'Cereal Biotechnology and Biochemistry' is a scientific research quarterly in Persian with a detailed abstract and English references for review and publication. This journal is a forum and communication platform for scientific discussion and exchange in the field of cereals.
