Aims & Scope
Journal of Palmette aims to publish studies of the highest scientific caliber in the field of Turkish Art, Islamic Art, Byzantine Art, Medieval Arts, European Art, Contemporary Arts. In addition, the journal covers topics in archaeology deemed appropriate, particularly those related to the Late Antique period. Journal of Palmette publishes research, review, academic translation, introduction and criticism articles articles that will contribute to the literature on Turkish Art, Islamic Art, Byzantine Art, Medieval Arts, European Art, Contemporary Arts. In addition, the journal covers topics in archaeology deemed appropriate, particularly those related to the Late Antique period. The main purpose of the journal is to disseminate the scientific knowledge produced in the field of architecture, decoration, painting and crafts to a wide platform. In doing so, the journal aims to bring together researchers, educational practitioners and policy makers at a common intersection. The target audience of the journal consists of researchers who are interested in or working in the field of works of art and art styles.
