Aims & Scope

Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST) aims to present scholarly works related to educational management and strategy, particularly within the context of dynamic and evolving educational systems in both local and global settings. This journal seeks to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective educational governance through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries. JEMAST covers a wide range of topics, including Learning Management, Teacher Professional Development, Subject Content Development, Educational and Learning Strategies, Innovation in Educational Management Across the Spectrum, Development of Educational Delivery Mechanisms, Creation of Efficient Environments in Educational Resource Management, and the Sharing of New Initiatives with International Applicability.
