Aims & Scope
TAMGA-Türkiye Göstergebilim Araştırmaları Dergisi supports semiotics studies with its international academic publication. Open to all traditions of semiotics, the journal publishes original theoretical, methodological, and applied research articles that bring innovation to the field through interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches. The journal focuses on descriptive and critical research on the production of meaning in social, cultural, societal, and natural semiotic systems, inter-sign relationships, and the communication of signs with intra- and extra-systemic sign types. The journal publishes quality and original scientific articles and book reviews in Turkish, English, and French. TAMGA-Türkiye Göstergebilim Araştırmaları Dergisi is a peer-reviewed, scientific, periodical, international, and open-access journal published twice a year, in Spring (June) and Autumn (December). The target audience of the journal consists of academics, researchers, students, professionals, and related professional, academic institutions and organizations. The journal also publishes Special Issues dedicated to specific areas of interest from time to time.
