Aims & Scope

Journal of Studies in Religion, Spirituality & Management (JSRSM) provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on interdisciplinary and comparative themes and topics on religion and spirituality studies and management and publishes manuscripts of empirical and/or theoretical in these fields. All empirical methods, including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods, are welcomed. To be published in JSRSM, a manuscript must make strong empirical and/or theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the religious and spiritual studies of management. Therefore, preference is given to articles that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically investigating the issues with high importance for theories and practices. JSRSM is a Persian Language (with extended English language abstracts), Quarterly & Open Access journal and users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles. All the processes for paper publication are sponsored by Iran's Research Institute of Hawzah and University. All manuscripts submitted to JSRSM are screened for this ‘similarity check’ using Samimnoor (www.samimnoor.ir), Hamanandjoo (https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir/Assignment/GetReportAndCertificate) and iThenticate on submission to the journal as part of the pre-review check by the editorial team.
