Aims & Scope

Indonesian Journal of Religious Studies (IJoRS) aims to advance scholarly inquiry into religion as a dynamic force shaping social, ethical, cultural, and humanitarian life. The journal seeks to promote critical and interdisciplinary research that examines the role of religious values, institutions, and lived practices in addressing contemporary societal challenges. IJoRS particularly aims to contribute to the growing body of knowledge on religious philanthropy, highlighting its significance in faith-based social engagement, moral responsibility, community development, social justice, and sustainable development in both local and global contexts.
