Aims & Scope

The British Journal of Nutrition publishes original research and reviews on all aspects of human and animal nutrition. The journal covers topics such as the nutritional aspects of disease, the role of diet in health and disease, food composition and intake, and the physiological and metabolic effects of nutrients. It also publishes papers on public health nutrition, food policy, and the nutritional aspects of agriculture and food production.
