Déméter. Théories et pratiques artistiques contemporaines est une revue scientifique interdisciplinaire à comité de lecture. La revue, semestrielle, privilégie le dialogue entre les arts (arts plastiques, cinéma, théâtre, danse, musique), ainsi qu’avec les sciences humaines en général (philosophie, histoire, sociologie, anthropologie). La singularité de la revue tient à l’attention toute particulière portée aux articulations entre théorie et pratique, entre discours scientifiques et gestes créateurs, entre connaissances et imaginaires.
