The Journal of Management and Organization (JMO) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research on all aspects of management and organization. It aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of high-quality research that contributes to the understanding of management and organizational phenomena in a global context. The journal welcomes submissions that explore theoretical, empirical, and practical issues related to management and organization, including but not limited to: * Strategic management * Organizational behavior * Human resource management * International business * Entrepreneurship * Innovation and technology management * Organizational change and development * Business ethics and corporate social responsibility * Public and non-profit management * Management education and development
