Aims & Scope
IJELM is a peer-reviewed, open-access, biannual electronic journal devoted to the dissemination of research findings relevant to organizational issues in education from a multidisciplinary perspective, including management, psychology, pedagogy, history, sociology, politics, economics, and law. The journal welcomes diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, promoting both empirical research and theoretical contributions on educational leadership and management from local and international perspectives. IJELM aims to provide an international forum for scholars and researchers to exchange and expand knowledge on effective leadership and management practices that enhance educational outcomes. The journal places particular emphasis on rigorous research that contributes to improvements in educational leadership, management, and administration, including teaching processes, teacher quality, learning and organizational outcomes, educational policy, economics of education, and organizational learning in educational contexts.
