The journal's initial name was "Clujul Medical Veterinar" ISSN: 1841-5679, a free open source journal that operates until 2008. Beginning with 2002, with the appearance of the sixth number of the magazine, a reverential numberβ 40 years of local veterinary education, the component of the editorial board, the journal format, and design change. A new ISSN number was attributed in 2009 when the journal was updated to the publication requirement of that date. Since 2009 the journal is published entirely in the English language. Between 2009 - 2015 the journal was published twice per year. Between 2015-2021 the journal publication was paused, and the journal format was updated. Aim and scope Cluj Veterinary Journal (ISSN:2066-9399) is disseminating significant research and original Original Research Articles, Review Articles, and Short Communications after a rigorous review process in the broad areas of Veterinary Sciences that can serve the interest of a wide audience of scientists and professionals Policies The journal welcomes the submission of full-length Research Articles, Review Articles, Case Reports, and Short Communications. In addition, the journal also welcomes letters to the editor and commentaries. Section policies Research Article Original research articles are considered all original research manuscripts provided that the work reports scientifically sound experiments and provides a substantial amount of new information.
