Aims & Scope
The journal "Food Science and Technologies" opens up the possibility of uniting different categories of readers with scientists, teachers, students and specialists in the field of nutrition, biotechnology, production, storage, use of food products, safety control, etc. The main scientific directions of the publication are: Nutrition, dietetics, nutrition problems; Bioprocesses, food biotechnology, biologically active substances; Food chemistry and materials. New types of raw materials; Food technology and safety; Ecology and environmental protection in the aspect of food production. Perfumery and cosmetic products: ingredients, formulations, innovations and technology. Solving scientific problems related to problems in developed and less developed countries is welcomed. Articles should make a significant contribution to the theoretical and/or methodological literature on the subject and contain a strong scientific component.
