Food Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal explores new possibilities for sustainable food production and human nutrition. This interdisciplinary forum integrates agricultural, environmental, nutritional, health, social, economic, and cultural perspectives, offering a platform for broad theoretical and global policy explorations as well as detailed examinations of specific human physiological, nutritional, and socio-cultural dynamics.
