Aims & Scope
The journal publishes original research articles by doctoral researchers and doctoral students from various postgraduate programs, national and international, in the field of Education and related areas, who research topics within the perspective of the journal's descriptors and their boundaries. The journal does not consider supervision as co-authorship in the texts. For co-authored articles, at least one of the authors must be a doctor. The journal accepts the submission of articles derived from Final Course Projects (TCCs), Scientific Initiation (IC), dissertations and theses, including those developed by independent researchers without institutional affiliation. In the case of TCCs, IC, and dissertations, the submission will only be accepted if the article is co-authored with the respective supervisor, who must hold a doctorate. The journal accepts the submission and, when approved, publishes articles in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which fall into the following categories: Research Article [original]: contributions intended for the dissemination of unpublished research results, with a relevant topic for the area; Review Article: an article that critically summarizes scientific knowledge on a given topic. Also known as a literature review; Dossier: section intended for the publication of articles linked to each other, by different authors, dealing with a topic of current interest; Essays: a reasoned reflection, with greater freedom for the author to defend a certain position, aiming to deepen the discussion or present a new contribution/approach to a relevant topic; Interviews: with professionals, researchers, or people whose opinions allow for grounding knowledge on a given topic; Reviews: with the aim of presenting, contextualizing, and critically analyzing books printed or online published in the last three years, related to the disciplinary field of Architecture and Urbanism, according to the journal's scope and focus.
