Aims & Scope

E-JournALL publishes outstanding research by talented researchers and practitioners in the areas of English, Italian, and Spanish applied linguistics, with a strong focus on second/foreign language teaching and learning. We are particularly interested in investigations into any of the following areas: Applied Sociolinguistics; Applied Pragmatics; Discourse and Interaction in the Language Classroom; Language Teaching Methods and Practices; Applied Phonology and Phonetics; Humor in the Language Classroom. All the disciplinary areas of E-JournALL concern both research and practice of teaching and learning English, Italian, and Spanish as Second Languages (SL), Foreign Languages (FL), and Heritage Languages (HL).
