Aims & Scope

The International Journal of Language Teaching and Education (IJOLTE) covers a wide range of subject areas focusing on language studies, language teaching, and linguistics, both in theoretical and applied contexts. These areas include theoretical linguistics such as phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and discourse analysis; historical and comparative linguistics including dialectology and language evolution; and applied linguistics such as forensic linguistics, translation, and computational linguistics. In addition, IJOLTE welcomes interdisciplinary studies involving neurolinguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and biolinguistics, as well as research in language education and teaching in diverse educational settings.
