A folyóirat célja, hogy az egézséggazdasággal és azon belül az egészséget pozitívan befolyásoló piacokkal (aktív mozgás, wellness, fitness, spa, élelmiszerek és herbáriumok) összefüggésbe hozható élelmiszer- és táplálkozásmarketing kutatóinak tudományos munkássága széles publicitást kapjon. A nemzetközi népszerűsítést az összefoglalók, a táblázatok és az ábrák angol nyelvű változatai segítik.
