Aims & Scope
The journal contains original research articles and scientific review includes research in the scope of advanced research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry and analysis, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, risk, security, reliability and quality, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian food as well as other regions that have similar or relevant to Indonesian food.
