Aims & Scope

The journal of “Innovative Food Technologies (IFT)" aims to publish the findings of original research in the fields related to the food engineering, help in problem solving and scientific analysis of the problems of the food industry and provide practical solutions, improve the level of food engineering knowledge, and introduce new technologies. IFT tries to expand the boundaries of knowledge, creating communication between active researchers and enhancing investigation and publishing the scientific achievements of food technologists. IFT aims to provide researchers with a clear perspective by publishing the research outcomes of food experts.
