This journal aims to investigate and discuss issues pertaining to the functions, theories, values, and practices of assessment, evaluation, and research as they impact schools, higher education, and the educational system. It also looks further on their impact on the community. This journal encourages a vigorous dialogue between educational scholars and practitioners. To achieve this aim, papers are published that present: - current research - authentic method - learning approach - theoretical statements - performance evaluation - educational measurement - critical evaluation of a field of educational enquiry - integration of educational scholarship, policy and practice
