Aims & Scope
Food Science and Engineering Research aims to contribute to the literature by publishing manuscripts at the highest scientific level. The journal publishes research articles and reviews that are prepared in accordance with ethical guidelines. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, topics relevant to milk and dairy products technology, meat and meat products technology, grain and grain products technology, fruit and vegetable technology, food chemistry and toxicology, food microbiology, food hygiene and sanitation, food ethics and legislation, food biotechnology, food safety, and all other related interdisciplinary theoretical research. The target audience of the journal includes researchers and specialists who are interested or working in all fields within the journal's scope.
